All ages are welcome here! We will help guide you to the classes we think best for you, based on your goals.
We have a lot of beginners who start out of shape.
We have a lot of longtime regulars who are in exceptional shape (you should SEE what many of our students in their 70's can do!).
We Zoom all of our class times for those who prefer to practice from home or are out of town.
We’ll meet you where you are and take care of you!
