BECKY WELLS

Becky started yoga in 2005, when she was asked by a friend at the gym to join her in a yoga class and she’s never looked back! She began teaching yoga in 2011. 

Becky approaches her own practice and the classes she teaches as a gateway of self-discovery and peeling back the layers of the heart, sharing that “Yoga is a tool that teaches us resilience, balance, and strength not only on the mat but off the mat”. 

In her classes, Becky focuses on the mental mastery that yoga offers. “The mind is a powerful tool and we either learn to use it responsibly, or it will use us irresponsibly. Yoga is a gateway to evolve, learn and grow and is SO much more than a workout.”

In addition to teaching yoga, Becky is the mother of two beautiful sons and they are the reason she continuously wants to evolve to become a better human. She and her husband are on a similar journey of growth together.

She is also the founder and creator of Hippie Moms, a community that focuses on supporting mothers in their journey to living a more holistic, happy, and healthy lifestyle. 

Becky runs and co-hosts retreats focused on yoga, meditation and high-vibrational foods.  She loves to hike and be in nature as much as possible, and takes her beautiful dog Winston along - he’s her “best hiking buddy”.
