Audra was born and raised in Albuquerque and recently celebrated 25 years of marriage with Eric. Together, they have raised three wonderful children: Ashley, Ayden and Dylan.

In 2018, after dealing with anxiety and depression, she found Yoga by Julia and began an amazing journey to healing and finding balance, peace, and love of yoga.

Wanting to deepen her level of yoga and to learn more, Audra successfully completed Yoga School at the studio and has enjoyed her role first as hostess at Paradise and now as Operations Manager for Yoga by Julia.

Helping people enjoy and grow and embrace yoga brings so much joy. To be able to share her experience with others and help them on their road to discover all the benefits of yoga is amazing!
