We teach hatha yoga. “Ha” means sun and “tha” means moon, so “hatha” yoga is designed to balance your body and mind. All of our classes except Restorative & Yin are flow style.
Best place to start for beginners is Intro to Yoga or Yoga for Stress Relief. After you have a few of these under your belt, dive in and try other classes! Know it will take your body a while to adapt, and that’s okay. It’s not about performance, it’s about honoring to your body and taking care of yourself.
For classes, you don’t need to reserve your spot in advance - just get to the studio 10-20 minutes beforehand. For workshops, advanced sign-up is required.

Welcome to your yoga journey! Don't worry if you're out of shape or not flexible -
those things will come. It's not about how deep you go into the poses, it's about
connecting with yourself. Yoga is not a competition. The best way to get better at it
is simply to come! We are friendly & welcoming & glad to have you.
Yoga is a combination of practice & study. We recommend this class for practice when you're new, but also have a class that moves more slowly and breaks down the poses in detail. Check out our Intro Series HERE.
Had a rough day? You will come out of this class feeling like you just had a massage, yet strangely energized as well. Calms your body as well as your mind. Yoga is like putting yourself through a machine that makes you feel so much better when you're done! It's comforting to know you have something to help.
A more challenging flow that keeps you moving and gets you
in shape. Also includes strength-building elements . . . and fun!
Yoga Flow to greet the day! A great way to get focused for
what lies ahead. Try it and watch your productivity go to a new level.
A therapeutic class without Down Dogs, Chaturangas, or
other poses that put pressure on the wrists. Suitable for beginners.
This very gentle class uses bolsters, blankets & blocks to put your body
into positions that facilitate deep relaxation & healing.
A luxurious end to a stressful day, and a help if you have trouble sleeping.
Yin poses are held longer in order to hydrate your connective
tissues & fascia. A less active practice, it allows you to access your body -
and yourself - in a different way than in a faster-moving class. Yin
is held once a month on the second Sunday of the month at 4:30 pm.
A strength class to build lean, functional muscles, with special emphasis on the back & core.
Great for improving posture. Consistent attendance will give you energy for everything
from playing with your grandkids to unloading groceries to your favorite sports.
We host workshops every month, on the last Sunday of the month.
Topics range from deeper study of asana (the poses) to meditation to goal-setting
and more. Workshops are FREE for Monthly & Annual Unlimited Members.
Don't feel ready for a regular class? Are you injured, or have special needs? Want to deepen your practice? Our instructors have advanced training, and our private clients rave about the instruction they receive. The proof is in the pudding: they typically renew for several sessions.
